Current Openings:

•  General Equipment Operator:   Skilled operator responsible for safely running a variety of heavy equipment to support earthworks, site preparation, and energy‑sector/farming projects. This role requires strong situational awareness, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in changing field conditions.

• Truck Driver:   Responsible for the safe and timely transport of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites. Requires a valid Class 1 driver’s licence, a strong safety record, attention to load security, and consistent adherence to transportation and compliance standards.

• Finishing Cat Skinner:  Experienced dozer operator specializing in fine‑grade work, final passes, and precision earthmoving. This role requires advanced skill in reading grade stakes, working to tight tolerances, and producing high‑quality finished surfaces for pads, ROWs, and construction areas.

• Administrative Assistant:  Key administrative support role with primary responsibility for Accounts Payable processing and Health & Safety Administration. Duties include invoice intake and coding, vendor coordination, maintaining accurate AP records, supporting safety documentation, tracking certifications, and assisting with general office and operational administration.
